Return and Refund Policy

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty on all laptop batteries purchased from HealBattery.com for a normal, non-commercial use. This warranty includes a 3-month unconditional warranty period and a 9-month conditional warranty period.

  • Unconditional Warranty Period (3 months): During the first 3 months after purchase, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit without any questions asked.
  • Conditional Warranty Period (9 months): From the 90 days to the 12th month after purchase, your battery will be covered under a conditional warranty. This means that we will repair or replace your battery at our discretion, depending on the issue. We will need to test the battery to determine the cause of the problem and the best course of action.

Important Notes:

  • The warranty period is based on the original purchase date of the battery. If you exchange your battery for a new one, the warranty period will not be reset.
  • The warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy for all laptop batteries purchased from our website. This means that you can return or exchange your battery for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

To return or exchange your battery, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once you have an RMA, write it clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
  3. Take two photos of the battery and the shipping box. The first photo should show the battery itself, and the second photo should show the battery inside the shipping box.
  4. Send the battery back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.
  5. Once we have received your battery and verified that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Important Notes:

  • We will not accept returns or exchanges for batteries that without an RMA.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the battery to us.
  • We will not refund the shipping cost of the original purchase if the return or refund request is caused by the defects of our batteries.
